Welcome to St. Mary’s!

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ instruction and the communal life, to the Breaking of Bread and the prayers.” Acts 2:42

In the early Church it was so easy to form community – they were a small congregation, shared Eucharist together and they knew each other well. Today the community gathered at St. Mary’s will still “Break Bread” together but now at over twelve Liturgies each weekend. This web site is meant to be a means of gathering us all together and keeping each other informed.

Are you new to St. Mary’s? We welcome you and hope that you will find not only a parish but also a home here. For 150 years St. Mary’s Parish has proclaimed the gospel of Jesus Christ to the Catholic community of Annapolis and surrounding areas. We are a vibrant faith community served by the Redemptorists, the School Sisters of Notre Dame, staff, and members reaching our 70 ministries, clubs and organizations. We look forward to your presence as we gather to pray and worship as a community.

Are you a long time parishioner? You can browse through the St. Mary’s website and catch up on the latest news about the parish in general or a special ministry you are involved with. Or maybe after reading about a particular organization you will hear your own call to witness and serve Christ with them. Our ministries and organizations have places for many different talents and gifts – yours are needed!
