St. Mary's Wins Volunteer Project Award St. Mary's Parish, in partnership with the Spa Creek Conservancy, won the EcoStar Project Award for our Rain Garden/Stormwater Runoff Project. The Volunteer Center For Anne Arundel County and the Coordinators of Volunteers of Anne Arundel County sponsored the awards to honor eight volunteer projects that were judged to have had the greatest impact to the residents of Anne Arundel County and the City of Annapolis.
